Make sure you in a location where you won't be disturbed.
Use a land-line or ensure your cell has 100% clear reception.
Don't use a head-set unless your 100% sure it works properly.
Don't 'pinch' your hand-set between your ear and shoulder, it causes you to sound muffled.
Don't have TV or PC on in the background...it will distract.
Aside from technical skills, they will be validating your interpersonal skills and telephone presence. Assume as a PC Network Technician you will be doing remote support, so this is a view of what they get.
Relax, if you know your content, it will show.
