Hell of a night
Sounds like food poisoning to me. One of my former business partners wrote his masters thesis (UCLA School of Public Health) on food poisoning. The incubation period is eight hours. I've had food poisoning several times and those were the symtoms.

So raj...you think if I've drank 40-50oz of water in the past 8 hours and haven't pissed ,I should head to the ER for an IV.
About 30 ml=1 fluid ounce. So your urine should be about 2 fluid ounces/hour MINIMUM. No urine is not a good thing. I'm not saying that you or your kidney's are going to die, but the Safest thing would be to get evaluated at a UC or ER. It's your call.
Again, since I can't examine you I'm just telling you facts and advice.

food poisoning.
But food poisoning doesn't take 8 hours; it's from the endotoxins released from gram negative (such as Salmonella) bacteria as your immune system combats infection. Usually takes about 2+ hours for symptoms to appear.
You're not pissing because you were just throwing up/diarrheaing all night. Think cholera, except not that scary.
Just stay hydrated and eat some decent food if you can. Definitely not H1N1!
