I'm refinancing one of my vehicle, and here is the problem I'm running into.

They said I need copies of my registration, insurance, drivers license etc.

I have everything except copy of my registration. I don't know
where it's at. I can't seem to find it in my car. dang.

How do I obtain a copy of my registration?
Should I call the dealer or my lien holder?

Since no one has resonded yet, I'll chime in here and say at least in Canada, all we have to do is go to the MTO our in your case DMV, and ask for a new one, pay a small fee, and they print a new one for you.

Yup, DMV can mail one to you. In NY it can only be mailed to you can not be printed out someday for obvious reasons. NY DMV you can even request it online to be mailed to you.

 

I know that in PA at least, i was able to get duplicates made either on the DOT web page or through any notary service. I don't know if these things are the same or even similar in all states.
