help selling timeshare
i would definitely go to a timeshare specialist.
I had some friends that worked at a place called Sunterra. It went under, and they were shady. My friends said that's just the state of the industry.
Be careful. It is very difficult to judge the market value as most buyers are put off by timeshares, but a select few like them. It is a matter of finding the buyer, and a specialist is your best, hell only, hope.

i have a timeshare place.. and if i actually used the vacation, it would be great. i actually gave away 2 weeks, to s2ki members cause i had 6 weeks banked.... i might want to sell mine too...
moral of the story - don't buy a timeshare unless you go there regularly anyway
A friend bought a timeshare, never used it, and the first I heard about it was when he was having trouble selling it a few years later. I bet most people who own timeshares never use them, and never sell for a profit
