Construction is more than halfway through for -aria- and I wanted to share some photos of our new baby. These photos were taken 1 week ago and the facility already looks different and more complete than what you see here.

The restaurant features an "action" station where cooks will be preparing some foods. It's located on the right hand side in this photo.

Tandoori oven! Mmmm!

Unique entrance way and circular pattern ceiling.

Soon to be 'restrooms'!

Interesting lighting sculpture on one of the walls.

We're going to open in December. If you're ever in Chicago....stop by!

My suggestion: Epique

It conjures up ideas such as 'epic' (big, grand), epicure (food), and pique (to arouse interest).

BTW, no charge, but I'll gracefully accept a free meal for two next time I'm in town .

Oh, and I'm 34 but don't look a day over 40.

If all you suburban folks don't mind coming downtown, we can have a great get together here. I probably can swing a nice discount for the event...uh.. 50% off our bill?

We are doing a few charity dinners and PR stuff the first week but when things calm down, I'll post in the Upper Midwest Forum.

G-s2k,

I was thinking the same thing about boston,

I agree that crescent seems appropriate.

Also, these names seem more targeted to the yuppie crowd (22-32) than the older crowd. Most older people are not all that concerned with the name/image of the place, of course you are trying to appeal to the hotel guest as well. I assume you are trying to recreate a "whiskey blue" type atmosphere.
