actually.... cheap ass me... i have purchased 10+ houses for under $25k..... they have all needed some degree of work.... one was a $60k house that we bought for $21k but needed a ton of work.... we bought two houses for under $10k that were similar to this one... needed paint, carpet and some normal stuff......
I just bought a house way bigger than this one for $16,500... needs paint, carpet, roof, and some other misc stuff... should have about $22-$23k total into it....
