Just read a story out of Monaco that the Jordan F1 team had some kind of trick wing on Jarno Trulli's car today. Does anyone have a picture of it? For some reason the FIA banned it.

It seemed to be effective as Trulli's times today were faster the Frentzen's.

I'd like to see a picture, maybe it's something we can bolt onto our s2k's.

The Jordan's were similar, but more T-shaped and closer to the driver. The FIA banned them for both teams. They were on both Jordans for practice.

Thanks Jason.

Here is the Jordan.

Mingster, how about it? Can you come up with a wing to mount in front of our windshield?

Looks like it pulls turbulence out of the cockpit. Doesn't it? Maybe we could mount wings on the top of the windshield in the s2000 when the top's down.

amazing what they will do for downforce. remember the winglets? not everything looks fashionable, but heck, F1 moves very fast, not just the cars. sometimes aerodynamic rules change between races and most races are two, not more than three weeks apart - a lot of extensive testing must be done between those races to impliment those kind of changes. its different than say CART/IndyCar or NASCAR in which such changes play such a dramatic role in their budgets where such rules typically appear on a year-to-year basis.
