Shoot, you'd have to be very careful how you got on that throttle or you'd see the sky and then be lying on your back REAL fast. I remember seeing a video of a dude riding a 'busa that had an EVO VII turbo slapped on it. Freaking insane...

Eh, GP's are fun but IMHO they've become quite boring since the early 90's... that's why they've opened the field to 4-strokes so it can become competitive again and gain more publicity.

Personally, I love watching WSBK just because they're racing on street based machinery... not that *I'm* bias or anything...

I though the move to 4 strokes was partially driven by environmental concerns. Boring? Could have fooled me!

Given your preference for watching street-based machinery racing, I guess you must like NASCAR over F1?

What it's going to do is inject some really needed revenue into the FIM as well as more privateer companies. Just like it was in the late 70's and 80's. It's not all about factory teams. It likened to being an apprentice! It's gotten boring to the spectator because it's outcome is almost predetermined.

This is going to be a great shot in the arm! You can already purchase a purpose built racer from HRC for $110,000.00!
