Default Hours of Sleep

I chose 6 hours... For some reason, no matter how hard I try, I have a really hard time getting to bed early at night. I don't know what it is... I mean sometimes I take the S out at night for a late night drive in the nice fresh weather, but when I don't do that and I'm just sitting at home, I can never seem to get to bed early. And when I do get to bed early... I usually just keep tossing and turning until like 12:30 and then I have to wake up at like 6:30 to 6:45. So, I was just curious to see how many hours everyone else got... lol.

3-4 hours for me (I chose 4). Weekend shift+ social life= not much sleep. On the other hand I usually get around 10 or 11 hours on my days off.

Yeah... I could see how working weekends would put a little hiccup in your sleeping. Just going out and coming home late I don't get enough sleep... I can only imagine how hard it is with work and going out and then trying to get some decent amount of sleep... damn... props to you man.

7 for me, roughly. I like to get to sleep at 10:30pm, and get up at 5:45am.

I'm usually in bed at 11pm and up between 8-9am. I need 8 to 9 hours or i get headaches. My wife and daughter are also long sleepers so it works out for me. Good thing the boss (me) doesn't fire me.

Its near impossible for me to get to bed before midnight. Im usually at about 4-5 hours except on saturdays when i get to sleep in. If given the opportunity I can sleep for 16 hours.everyday feels like a weekend for me, Ive gotten to the point where it is rare for me to even get hangovers.
