Midnight to 6am is sleep time. Get up without an alarm going off on the weekends when my wife isn't working.

I chose 6 hours, I actually go to bed around 11:30 and wake up at 7, but the time I spend actually asleep is about 5.5hours. I can never sleep a full night, I wake up at least twice a night.

Damn GF can sleep until the next day. Meanwhile I'm lucky when I get a full 8 but I can take some crazy ass mean naps during the day. Sometimes 2-3 hours.

I wish I could live on only 4, but I need at least 6. Even then, I am not at my best. I do well with 8. Over 9 and I wake up with a headache and everything is really stiff (no, not that part.)

Would love eight, but I get by with six during the week and slightly more on weekends.

I usually can't sleep more than 6 hours straight. If I go to sleep earlier, I just wake up earlier. I do take naps in the middle of the day though... working from home is a great facilitator of that.

I really try not to take naps during the day cause then I really won't get any sleep at night. And plus, if I sleep during the day, let's say after I get out of work, I feel like the whole day was wasted, especially since I roughly get about 5 hours of time to myself before needing to go to bed again. I've also read that you shouldn't eat anything late at night because while your body is digesting the food, it keeps you awake cause of the work it's doing. To me it really doesn't affect me, but according to that article that I read, it seems like some people suffer from it.

I think the national work week should be like 6 hours... lol. That would be nice... really nice.
