agree with above. It's a race and that's part of the game. I used to run track (back in high school), and even did the hurdles. NO do-overs.

you don't normally expect wrecks in human foot racing though.... you do expect them in car racing...... how often are there wrecks in people races? maybe 1 out of every 1000? car races you can almost be sure of at least one per race (or more).

We are talking about the race, it wasn't her fault that she got bump and lost her chance of getting a medal. Winning a medal at the Olympics is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Anyways, did u guys saw the woman's water polo final? The italian coach got a handful after the game was over. I think he did it on purpose too . Lucky man
