All good common sence except they didn't say, the best way to avoid speeding tickets is to not speed.

I liked this part the best:
"As tempting as it is to road-trip in a lava-red Viper or a fly-yellow Ferrari, you'll go farther, faster, in something more subtle. I once made the trip to Memphis, Tenn., from Washington, D.C. (to pay homage to the King at Graceland), in under 11 hours--driving a Ford Taurus wagon at a near-constant 80-plus. Cops are not looking for green Ford Tauruses; they're gunning for someone in a rice rocket with a 3-foot-tall wing and an oversized "fart-can" muffler."

I agree with Raj, don't speed.

Yeah, the police here(in Memphis) are cut-throat sometimes, especially in the suburbs, so, most of the times I use that "rabbit" method just to stay out of their radar's aim

the mental radar paragraph is probably the best tip in the whole article. always scan the roads for potential problems.

I have a V1. It is worth every penny. But it is not a 100% guarantee. Most important, be aware of your surroundings. I have not been pulled over for a very long time. (Knock on wood!) I believe this is because I am always aware of my surroundings. If you always assume that there is a cop around the next corner, on top of the next bridge or waiting on the next exit ramp and prepare yourself, you will greatly decrease your odds of getting nailed. Also, all you Red and Yellow owners... as beautiful as you think( ) your cars are, they are definitely more obvious to the cops than my Sebring, a Silverstone or Black car.
