Default how do u be happy

somewhat serious discussion would be appreciated

some people just seem happier than others. some people say they have a system to dealing with life's problems and being happy. how do you handle the world, deal with problems? how would u rank your general happiness level and how do you maintain it?

I think its different for everyone. Some people always smile, and some people always have a pissed look.

Happiness on weekdays=2
Happiness on weekends=10

Ok, sorry, want serious?

My happiness level = 3

When I am happy, it's when I'm doing something I love, or being with someone that makes me happy.

If I could just do those two things, my happyness level would be 10.

If I feel unhappy, I revert back to those two things as often as time allows, and there ain't enough time in the day

whether its cars, golf, job, women, exercise... whatever... i want to feel like i'm always striving for something new

doesn't that beg the question, will u really be happy when you reach your goal? or is it just the pursuit that makes u happy?

Food is one thing that definitely makes me happy. Snowboarding, playing video games, being lazy, and getting paid are a bonus also! I'm happy about 7/7 days of the week, nothing can bring me down. If it does, then it'll be only for a short period of time.
