Ok....let me try one thing at a time.....

1. Saab9-3...supplements are as follows.....

Protein...food protein (meat, eggs, etc...) Throughout the day....
Whey (powder) once before workout, once during the day...
Total of double your weight in grams....If you are 150lbs, then
300 grams a day. DO NOT OVERDO the protein.....you will
fart more than a riced out civic. (PM protein (casein) before bed
helps a lot too)

Creatine....if you choose to take it....twice a day. Once 1/2 hour before work out, and another 6-8 hours later.WARNING>>>TO MUCH CREATINE GIVES YOU A MEAN DIARREAH...!!!.....

* All unused creatine turns into a substance called creatinine...and is "pissed" out. It will do you no harm, but you are literally pissing money away. Creatine is expensive, so be smart on the doses.

Glutamine (a must) take right after workout, and once 8-10 hours later.....before bed is best.

I try not to take creatine and glutamine at the same time, due to the fact that study shows that glutamine fights creatine and cancel each other out, hence the time period of ingestion.

S2KFI......You and I are probably the same build. Big bones, big shoulders, big ribcage. Unfortunately, the way the human body works, you must take a loss. To lose weight, you will also lose musle. Since weight loss requires a caloric deficit, while muscle gain requires caloric surplus, getting two at the same time is nearly impossible. I went on a protein diet for 5 months, ATKINS if you will, and did it all. Cardio, and mild weight lifting, did the trick. If you need details, let me know....I got a whole regimen...

By the way, people who say protein diets dont work or unhealthy are clueless morons, and should be shot for ignorance. THERE IS NOTHING MORE DAMAGING to the human body than obesity.

If you guys need a place to get supplements, or which brand to buy (I tried em all, so I know what not to waste money on) let me know. Hope this helped....
