Well like I said I could probably squeeze in the work out, but the diet will be impossible part . More than anything due to bad habits. I don't get my first meal in until 3-4 pm on the average day. Even If I lifted weights once or twice a week, I'd see results as long as I ate right.

Well, then you just have no will power or desire. You have time to eat in the morning. You have time to eat around noon. If you rush to get out the door in the morning, wake up 15 minutes early and eat breakfast. If you have no time to grab lunch around noon, make a sandwich the night before and bring it with you.
