How do you set up existing website in different languages?

This is definately for the nerds or geeks (IT professionals) 
I would like to be able to offer the club site in a different language. Probably japanese to start. What would be required? Can everything be updated as is now on the english side? Is this idea to out there? Thoughts and suggestions please?

I am not looking to translate (I don't think) I am looking for non-english speaking folks to view our club site s2ki.com in their own language.
