I just moved into this new house. actually, its 40+ years old, but you know what I mean. One of the things I've noticed is lots of spiders. Not inside the house, but all around the outside and in the garage. I'm starting to get spider webs on my car, which I park on the driveway (not the S, but the prelude). And I drive it everyday, so the spiders are working pretty hard I guess. Short of calling in an exterminator, what can I do to get rid of them?

 

When you see one, point a 12-gauge double barrelled shotgun in its face and ask if it and its friends feel lucky

 

You can probably spray malathion around the outside of the house, but I'm not sure if you can get that chemical from the bursery anymore or not. It might be banned.

 

Just a thought, why not keep them. They help tremendously to keep the insect population down. They're some of the better creatures to have around.
