I wish I had a real one. Yesterday I got one of those that McDonalds just brought.

But yeah I have eaten Steak regularly, 3 times a week. And I'm eating cow tripe this Sunday.

 

Mmmmmmm. Steaaaaaaaaak. Not giving it up. No way. I'll get withdrawl symptoms.

last night I had some rib-eye (grass-fed though and humanely raised. I bought it at Whole Foods).

well, and I did just get back from In-N-Out burger. can't give up on the In-N-Out!

Hell yeah, I still eat beef almost everyday. I'm not going to worry about every little thing that can possibly kill me. At any rate, the combined risk of death from anthrax, mad cow, etc., is probably still many times lower than the risk of driving to work, cooking dinner in the kitchen, and other everyday activities.
