The risk of Angry Bovine is essentially zero. In the entire history of the disease there have been 130+ people that have died from it. Now, I feel HORRIBLE for those people, but when you consider how many pounds of hamburger the average person eats (even just in the US) the risk is smaller than getting struck by lightning...
