Is she on the "Pill" NOW? If so (cuz u don't need your own kid at 19 IMHO), ask her if she is looking for a new man, or just friends w/benifits... Explain to her how you might be leaving for the Military soon and don't want to get emotionally attached, but find her attractive also.

Run, Forrest, run! Don't touch it - it'll backfire...eventually. I would say never mess with coworkers - the rare exception to the rule (ie, things work out) isn't worth the fact that most will not work out and will probably affect your job situation badly.
