Ming Guo = Republic of China calendar = system currently used in Taiwan, ROC.
MG Year 32 is 1943 - just add 1911 years to the MG Year and you'll get the proper Western calendar year.
April 24, 1943 - this could be the Lunar Calendar April 24th, which would be sometime in May.
