I'm actually doing weight training right now but I was wondering how heavily I should focus on cardio? Everyday?
Any health/fitness guru's out there?

sit-ups won't do much for you
cardio does wonders - i've been running quite a bit lately, and it seems to be helping
weight training is also useful - by building your muscle mass, it enables you to burn more calories while at rest (even when you're still drinking

Here is the problem.. It totally depends on your build and your metabolism. If you don't do anything but sit at a desk all day (like myself), you will have a problem getting rid of it. What you want to do is burn the fat by increasing your metabolism. You can do this a number of ways.. You can run, you can walk for long periods or multiple short intervals or you can ride a bike. This will speed up your metabolism and then start burning the fat quicker than anything. You don't need to cut down on the beer. F-That. Just drink a boat load of water. Don't start working out right away either. Wait a week or so to let your body adjust to the higher metabolism. Here is the biggest key though.. DO NOT DO SITUPS!!.. Let me repeat this.. DO NOT DO SITUPS!!!!! This will increase the muscle size underneath the fat and push out the fat more, making you look quite larger than what you were before you started trying to make yourself look better. The main thing is to start running/working out and not stop. This will screw up your body big time. Keep the cycle going. If you really need help, go to the gym and consult one of their weight trainers. Sit down with them and have them show you how to not hurt yourself. I am just about to start adjust my look and getting back to what I used to look like. I am at the perfect weight right now but it is the wrong weight.. haha. All fat and no more muscle.. Lame
