I am getting quite the beer belly.
Go down to Cancun and drink the water, put ice in your drink or eat and or drink anything that has been in contact with local water. For good measure, do some snorkeling. Stomach parasites do the trick and no dieting! I went down there a couple of years ago and was sick for two weeks. Almost drowned in the surf too when I decided to go swimming after hitting the margaritas all day. Beautiful ocean but what a party town.
I saw these 2 cute guys talking about working out in the supermarket and they weren't even big. They bought Michelob Ultra (that "low carb" beer). Is that helpful or just "marketing" crap? Cause I'll switch beers if I have to. If that'll really help...
