They don't ripen until they hit 35 anyway. Don't worry about it. 35-40 are the steamiest. Been there done that. One day you will think back to this post and realize that I am right on.

Oh, boy. We live up here with some 70+ year old geezers that are way more hip and cool than a lot of the posters. (You know who you are!) And the fastest autocrossers in our area all have gray hair. Hmmm. We were all young once, too. "Oh, I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now." Dwell on that. At least most of us over fifty know how to spell and write a cohesive sentence in English!
