Ya, winter hit us early down here. The first cold front came in, dropping it to almost 40

 

But, believe it or not, Socrates, I hardly (if ever) hang out with the S2000 guys. The last few times I went to a HouStook event, I wasn't received very well. They tend to not like the teenagers.

The meets I do go to are usually the muscle car meets (old-school '60s and '70s Detroit iron), or the "canyon racer" (as some S2ki users have coined) meets, where it's mainly the 4WDs, MR2s, Miatas, and a few S2000s. But at any event, no matter what cars, unhealthy food, beer, and sports is guaranteed. We usually meet at the local Hooters (big boobs in little shirts, and I hear they also have good wings) or at Slick Willy's (local pool hall).
