I just bought an S2000 !
Well, okay, a small one.

A 1:18 miniature made by a company called Maisto. I saw a BMW Z8 of theirs in the November issue of Automobile (p. 137).
They look pretty cool! $30 or so, including S/H ... Not bad.
There's my splurge of the week.

Maybe if I hadn't bought the Subaru, and I had a garage to put it in, and a real enough savings account....

Dude I have to save for rent, these days!!!
(Okay it's not THAT bad.)

siper2 - You need to be saving for that ugly ass wrx that will be here in 6 more months (not that I am counting).

I just need to figure out how to save enough $ to keep the current vehicles and add the WRX.

I'm trying to hope that it looks better in person. Maybe it will, who knows. And with the amount of hatred goin' around on its looks, and I've said this before, there WILL be a headlight conversion kit around in no time!
I'm still not buying it though. I'd have to re-do all my stereo stuff.... Everything. No way. Hey if I make enough cash, maybe I'll just get a WRX engine conversion, that'd do well.

Got the smaller Maisto pull-back red S2000 at WalMart for $1.95.
Never buy anything from E-bay if you can get it at the store. IMO e-bay is nothing but a bunch of rip-off artists preying on poorly informed consumers.
