This is where I and others have a problem with you. To you it's a joke, but you posted it because of all the people who have had problems with their cars recently. So you are basically having fun at other folks expense. If our sense of humor is on backorder, your sense of humor is just missing. Ok, so I just got a call back from the dealer. They've taken the engine apart and inspected it (900 dollars but I'm cool with that), and they're saying it clearly shows I went from 6th to 1st at 160mph. They're refusing to cover it under warranty or the Honda Certification. WTF? They're also saying that the forklift incident didn't cause the breakdown of the rear suspension, and it simply looks like the ass swung out and banged a curb. They are going to bondo the two forklift holes and replace the seats and console though. So I have some questions as to what to do next. Should I call Honda America first (could someone do a search for me on the phone number), or should I just go get an attorney? I had a cool R and now they want me to pay all this money. Also, does anyone have any pic of a red Rick's badge?

Oh, you have to get it through a reseller. Make sure you call them and they won't accept any warranty claims, because if they do, they are not really a Toda authorized resellers, because only Toda authorized resellers can deny warranty claims like that.
