This past summer i changed the gear oil in the tranny and put in 80-90 gear oil. Tranny ran fine all winter and fall but when winter rolled around problems accured. When I would start it in the morning the shifter would move like mud. And the wierd thing was when i let my foot off the clutch even with it in NUETRAL the car would stall. I figured if i gave it gas when i took my foot off the clutch it would not stall. But with the recent cold spell even that has not prevented it to stall. Now i am stuck sitting in my car in the morning keeping the clutch down for 10 to 15 min till the tranny warms up. When its Warm it runs fine. I don't know if I should go with a lighter weight oil or if the tranny is haveing problems. Please Help
