It kills me how many trainers I see that are in bad shape. I wouldn't seek a financial advisor who can't pay his rent or a dentist with no teeth.

Practically none of the trainers at my 24hr fitness are under 30% body fat... WTF?

You can tell most of them are new and if they really are good, they either have a great existing client base or would move on to better opportunities.

I agree with people at the gym not really knowing much about fitness. I have been a personal training on the side for about 5 years. First thing sit-ups are horrible for your back and basically suck for hitting your abs. You'll put more stress on your neck and lower back before you even hit your abs. I would recommend crunches since you will hit your core a lot more and in a safer more efficient manner. If you need a workout done up for you let me know. Be happy to help a fellow s2k owner. Just pm me your goals, allocate of time you have per day and what kind of development you are looking for with your body. Later.

Sit-up twists - four sets of 20 repetitions.

Leg raises - four sets of 20 repetitions.

Leaning twists - four sets of 50 repetitions.

Frog kicks - four sets of 50 repetitions.
