I need help - need to track someone via phone/need
Find out the law. Get the title as is and have her fill out a bill of sale to you. You make out the bill of sale and have her sign it. Have the bill of sale say that she bought the car but did not end up driving it so she never registered it.

Well I did see the title - I held it in fact. But the title was signed by her and the guy she bought it from. She drove it for 6 months and didn't title it.
I thought she was on meth because her bf's parent's (where I got the car) lived in a rural area in the outskirts of Atlanta, she talked my ears off (I was trying to leave and she wouldn't stop talking), and she kept itching her face and neck.

I don't think you'd need her to register it.
If you can get the title signed by her, and a bill of sale with her sig you should be good.
My boyfriend flips cars a lot, and he always does this.

The title is already signed by her. There are only two blanks on the title, one for each of two parties. She needs to get a new title to sign over to the OP.
Is that correct?
