i just got a used blackberry off ebay, it needed a new battery, i ordered one ..so it powers up, i try to switch to use the blackberry at verizons site, it will not allow me to, it states i need to visit the center or call a number???

i double checked the serial and did everything correctly??

Call customer service and get the phone configured for your account maybe?

 

thats what i was thinking, ill just swing in there tomarrow, i have some questions about connecting it to my laptop with bluetooth
