i need ipod help

how do you transfer the files to your computer from ipod? i tired highlthing them and trying to drag them to my desktop but it didnt work

Strange, just copy/paste works fine for me.

I've done it several times, when I've reformatted my HD or moved to a new computer. Maybe Apple has changed things since they days of my 2nd gen...

I use sharepod...it's one of the fastest USB apps I've ever used, even on USB 1.1
