For NLE cards, you can take a look at the stuff from Matrox, Leitch, Canopus, or Pinnacle. The ATI all-in-wonder cards are great for amateur or home video work though.

 

Yep, I'm looking at the Canopus DV Storm2, has everything I'll need plus full versions of Premiere, After Effects, Audition, & Whatever the new DVD authoring software is called. Of course plus all the other bundled stuff from Canopus. I also like that I can set up 2 flat panels and still use my studio CRT.
