I used to go throught severe depressions too, because of my addiction to drugs....
but that phase is over... im pretty content now with everything....
everything happens for a reason.... but i worry about my parents a lot tho since they are growing older and older..and still work hardcore...

you might need to seek a psychologist if you're thinking about it EVERY day..
i think about it about maybe a few times a year, try to not let it bother you or it will ruin what life you have left.
