My gf showed me this awhile back. We swore we where going to be vegetarians and then the next day I went to In n Out so I gave up lol. But we have laws against that kind of stuff in the states so that stuff only happens in other countrys and if they do happen here chances are they will be fined if not shut down. I read an article about one of the major school meat suppliers using a forklift to hold a sick cow up to be slaughtered and it was recorded and they where delt with.

In conclusion: Steak is just too yummy to stop eating

First, what is a hardcore meat-eater lol? Sure, there are hardcore vegetarians that eat nothing related to animals, compared to those that still drink milk and eat some meat; however, meat is really essential to a person's diet and I enjoy eating meat as well as vegetables.

Yes, I watched the video and it is gruesome in detail, but it won't stop me from eating meat. Interesting video, but really nothing that I think should completely change a person's lifestyle so drastically.

 

I'm not expecting everyone who watches this video to stop eating meat all in all, but seeing if it contributes to eating less of it then before.

And no, there really is no good health benefits of eating red meat.

 

Uhh...Protein? Gotta have it for muscle growth. If I recall correctly, 4 ounces of steak has roughly 30-35 grams of protein.

 

Sorry, meat is damn tasty, I know the industry is a bit brutal, but god its tasty.
