ummm........even if you eat 30 vitamins to replace the nutrients you would not be getting you would still have to eat fats to be able to properlyassimilate those vitamins and nutrients.

Plus...... where are you veg-heads getting your proper proteins?? Quinoa? Soy? Legumes? That aint enough and you will grow breasts before you get a decent amount of muscle tissue from all the estrogen
