Check it out. Of greatest importance is the 4.5 mile road course that can be broken down into eight distinct courses. You can also break it down into at least two courses simultaneously and have two races going on at the same time. Additionally, the mile long straight doubles as an FAA approved runway and there's also an 18 hole golf course.

Of course, the smallest house is 3300 sq. ft and they go all the way up to 11,000 sq. ft so I don't think I'll be buying there any time soon. The lots themselves start at $675K and the hangars/paddocks start at $100K. HOA fees are $1800 a month as well but those allow full use of the racetrack and golf course.

Ya but you have to live in Georgia.

BTW, Phil Hill(the famous racer) is involved in the project.

You failed to mention the equestrian center.

I'll bet I could get my wife to at least consider living in Georgia.

The question is whether she could get me to.

She would be ready to drop $675K on a lot (ie, house not included) plus the equivalent of a roughly $220K home on HOA fees every month...for some horses?

Dontcha think it'd be easier to just buy 50 acres somewhere else and put a small house and barn on it, with a pasture for your horses to run?

She'd love the race track, too. The horses would just seal the deal.

Georgia. (If there were a font called "shudder", I'd have used it.)

Sounds like you have a keeper, in case you haven't realized it in the last 20 years or so.
