Wouldn't it get annoying living with the noise of a well-used road course all hours of the day? Especially once the neighbors start staging nightly episodes of 'Pinks'...

:-/

Actually, nevermind...I read through the faq's and the track has limited usage hours and they say they've taken measures to deal with noise issues...

Though seriously, if you're moving to a place with a racetrack, you're probably a serious car enthusiast anyways. While I'm sure it can get annoying at times, chances are (in general) that you'll enjoy it most of the time.

That's more like it, though I didn't see any cost information. Any idea what a lot and house cost there (and HOA fees)?

Not that I'd ever do it, but it's nice to dream.
