Of course, with that HOA fee, you can get on the track all day, every day. You could actually justify an Ariel Atom if you lived there.

Jon, you forgot that Bill lives in California. A half acre lot in a nice California neighborhood would run you a cool million.

half acre? more like quarter acre for 1.2...

it would be sweet if it wasnt in georgia. i like the concept a lot tho.

One of my good friends fathers is currently building a house in that complex. I think it looks awesome.
