Man.. he's 18. He shouldn't be thinking about anything other than penetrating as many females in as many holes as possible with as many appendages as will fit.
Being a nice guy when you're young doesn't work. When you're my age it does because all similar aged females don't want a jerk to settle down with.. but the last girl I dated was 22.. so **** that

really, what it all boils down to, is that when the time is right, and the situation is right, things will work out.
in the meantime, date different women to get an idea of what your likes/dislikes are. work on improving yourself, learn about interesting topics, aquire interesting hobbies, read a few books, dabble in the arts, become a more rounded individual. form your own identity.
being 18 or 20, settling down should be the last thing on your mind. I know of too many people who got married at a young age and be miserable for a few years, have a kid or two, then get divoriced.
thats why I say live it up while you're still young. you can't get those years back.
in the meantime, date different women to get an idea of what your likes/dislikes are. work on improving yourself, learn about interesting topics, aquire interesting hobbies, read a few books, dabble in the arts, become a more rounded individual. form your own identity.

I violated all the rules in this thread and I still got the girl. Explain that.
I talked to her a lot. I hung out with her a lot. I was the one taking every sort of initiative. I wasn't mysterious at all. I was the classic nice guy, and it worked?
