Default I'm worried about my kidneys

I've had this pain in my lower right back, it has been more of a tenderness. Today the tip of my right hip is sore. I started reading online about symptoms and such online. Now I'm getting paranoid about kidney infections, kidney stones... after reading people descriptions of kidney pain, I'm starting to feel all kinds of shit.

My work involves standing and walking all day. I've also had a lot of work stress and been working like 70 hours a week. I also have a drink or two everyday. usually just one before dinner. I know I should consult a doctor, and will do it soon. I just wondered if anyone else has been though something like this, and might have some insight.

TIA.

how did they cure it. Drinking stuff to disintegrate it, let it pass, or sonar?

See a doctor. This is your health we're talking about here.

If your car was screwed up wouldn't you do something about it?

actually he had to have them surgically removed (you don't wanna know how). but after that he drinks like 8 glasses of water a day and hasn't had a problem since.

Appendicitis is known as one of the most excruciating pains you can go through. That, and kidney stones. You will know when you have either one of these, and I can guarantee you won't be posting online about your aches...

Raptor:

Your kidneys are on both sides, towards the back of your side, appendix is on the right side of your intestinal tract (it's just a vestigial part of your intestines).

You can drink all the water in the world, if your life is still as stressful as it was before, you will get kidney stones again. The human body is well adapted to take care of itself, but if you stress it out too much, water won't solve anything, nor will cranberry juice or whatever. My dad has had two kidney stones in a matter of 2-3 years even though he exercises at least 3-4 times a week, eats very healthy, etc., because he still gets up at 5 AM and works until 6 PM. That and he has two out of control sons who spend all his money

if you can eat, it's not appendicitis.
