I have both accounts. Emigrant account was harder to setup. Emigrant customer service is not near as good as ING direct. GUI for emigrant website is weaksauce; harder to use.

For those reasons, I have my riches in my ING account, and 1 dollar in my emigrant account.

Weird, I'm in the same situation. I have ING, and am thinking about Emigrant. I've asked a friend who has Emigrant the same question, and his response was the same as Corey's (i.e., harder to setup, site less user friendly). However, he still has most of his money in his Emigrant Direct account.
