Before that guy buys his Ferrari with $1 donations, we'll see the Queen of England shopping at KMart.

That reminds me of the time I showed a very dense lady at the gym a newspaper ad about weight loss featuring a woman who had lost 63 pounds in 6 weeks. I said "Yea, and the Queen of England shops at KMart." She replied "Really, with all her money." I had no comeback for that one.

I've given up on a normal schedule

Just go to sleep by 3 or 4am and get up around 10 or 11am...

I think I've seen the sun rise as many times as I have seen it set

Schatten,

What is keeping you up so late? Is your mind to busy? Look before you go dancing off to get sleep aids like Nytol, sominex etc., take some melatonin. It works quite well!

It's just a helper and that's all. You need to relax and let your mind wind down. Don't go spending a bunch of money on electronic sound aids and the like. Think about this, each thought is a balloon and as you think of them let go and see them float off. Your brain is just to busy. Read the bible, a book, pray and just relax. Take a walk about two hours before bed. Set yourself a schedule for sleep and stick by it. If you want to go to sleep by 10:00pm go to bed at 8:30 and relax with a book. It won't work all of a sudden but gradually your body will become acustom to the rythum and you be ready to sleep at 10:00

Stop looking at the clock when you wake up and put a towel over it.

Quit worrying about if your going to sleep or not. I know, I know, you lay there and wonder if your going to go to sleep or not. Why shouldn't you! A bird sleeps all sorts of animals sleep, a good man or an evil man sleeps what makes you so different.

Quit loosing sleep over your imagination. That's all it is. It takes no effort to think so just let go of the thoughts. Your worry doesn't solve anything. Don't you think that God gave you the same power over this as he gave me? Then use it and go to sleep. Hell, when King David was being chased by Saul, he slept in caves on skins and slept soundly. Why, because he knew that nothing could harm him. Not even Saul! Damn, I getting tired just speaking about it. You just need to back your clock off some that's all and relax!

Give yourself some time to wind down an do nothing for one hour before bed. Be nice to yourself and give your body and mind a break.

Schatten I sleep like a baby everynight and I got alot more to worry about than you!

Sleep disorders are for those that think there is something wrong with them. There's nothing wrong with you except giving yourself a break. Relax man your fine! You can read all that crap you want because it still all comes back to you in the end. You sure aren't going to get any information that's going to make you go to sleep either. It will just keep you up as well trying to figure out if it going to work or not. You have all you need inside your own mind. There isn't anybody that can tell you wha's best for Schatten, except Schatten!
