Anyone using a Netgear RT314 with a cable modem for your internet connection?

I'm having dignificant problems maintaining a WAN connection with the RT314 and am looking for a solution.

No I use a Pentium 75Mhz box (6 years old) running linux I screwed it on to my garage wall. I'd hate to look inside see what creatures live within.

are you using the 314 for cable/dsl modem routing?? If you connection is going away, it is probably not the router. My dsl was going away , I was having to reset my modem once a day, turned out to be the wiring.
