invisible man?!!!
no, this is very fake and a very famous hoax. it uses the green screen technique mentioned above but in a different way.
in the vids with the book case behind it the scene is first filmed, then projected onto the same book case. they bring out the green/blue/yellow(any solid color works, but green works cleanest) and project the image on it.
in the vids with the traffic in the background, you'll notice that the person wearing the supposed "optic suit" does not move, this is because there is a camera behind her filming the traffic going by. there is a projector in front of her that is displaying the image so that the effect seems like real time.
they're both interesting to look at but hardly high tech. when they first came out they created a bit stir and embarassed quite a few people and media who were convinced it was real. you can find all this info on google as well.
as for the supposed technology itself it is well beyond our grasp. there are no portable powersource strong enough to power so many projectors, or the computers that would be necessary to support the rendering. the main problem with this technology lies in its simplicity, because one object can be viewed from multiple angles, the "optic suit"would ahve to actually project a 360degree project from every miniscule angle, which is obviously impossible. it would be easy enough to do with you just have to project one image to one perspective, but to do so for multiple perspectives (i.e. more than 1 person looking from different positions) would be impossible. It would be easier to bend light around the object than it would be to do this and we all know how ridiculous hard bending light like that would be - would require anti-gravity field (gravity bends light.)
dont get suckered into this, this joke is atleast 2 years old now. i wouldn't want anyone to look like suckers.

The part about them not moving and such is correct, but the fact that it is totally a hoax is incorrect. We did alot of studying for a project on OLED for school. This included the DARPA budget, and what they were giving for. This included "smart goggles" new helmets, and the future applications were OLED film is sewn into uniforms. As for power, this doesn't require high amounts of power, this will take less than usual LED's.
This is not a hoax, because the originators of this project never claimed to be developing the invisible suit, people have just made that assumption. they have fully disclosed their methods and yes projection is a part of it
... ok... let me try to explain this again...

oh, and this suit has nothing to do with oled. its retro-reflective material. basially like the reflectors painted on highways. the suit isn't powered in anyway, neither electricity nor organic. its just projected on and the reflective properties of the material reflects the light in the direction that it is cast on.
i agree crayon, the originators of the project never claimed to have made an invisible suit, others did and people just ran with the idea. since then the "invisibility cloak" has been a famous online hoax. i guess you can substitute confuscian with hoax. perhaps my use of the word hoax was a bit misleading.

I haven't looked at the 2nd or 3rd videos, but the 1st one is a certainly not OLED.
Pause the video when the "screen" is tilted. Because it's tilted, the screen should show whatever the back is pointed at, BUT it still shows the books directly behind it, therefore, it simply uses the green screen effect.
EDIT
Just looked at the 2nd and 3rd videos. These are definitely not OLED.
