There's a whitepaper on the site that expains how it works. The "invisible" objects are just coated with retroreflectors and they project the image of the scene via a projector onto the object (man, ball, whatever).
No green screens, no OLEDs, etc. Ignoring the fact that all the camera and projection hardware would give you away, the effect will not work unless your line of sight is pretty much straight down the axis of projection since it relies on the retroreflectors sending the projected light back where it came from.
