I was getting ready to buy a nano since my old 2nd gen ipod died. Hell, I should just get one of these, same price, better display, better device. Wonder what this will do to all their pricing - nano, touch, etc??

im pretty sure you only get the iphone at that 199.99 price if you agree to a 2 year contract.

correct me if im wrong

all iphones are tied to a 2-year contract if you get it new from apple or at&t. however, if you unlock the phone and throw in your sim card, you'll be contract/extension free.

How convenient that my sprint contract expires on July 11th. Start new job next week and they have agreed to get me an iphone. Now I just have to wait for the next month.
