No, AT&T does not have a 4G network in place yet. They barely have 3G implemented in parts of the country.

 

and what rock have you been hiding under? The new Iphone has been anticipated for minimally the last 6 months now.

Got a 3GS and can't wait until my current contract is up so I can get the 4G.

 

in the current progression rate of android phones, i guarantee within 3-6 months android beats it. The only thing that apple has won is the new display but dont doubt that others will release the same if not better.

and not to mention Blackberry is apples biggest competitor and they are doing just fine. their email (BIS & BES) is hands down the best emailing out there on a smartphone which for most of corporate america is the msot important thing. not stupid gun applications.

the only reason this statement is true is apple makes 1 phone a year. there are multiple companies trying to out-do each other. I am perfectly happy getting 1 iphone model per year. It is nice knowing I am using a product that has been thoroughly researched/tested before being produced. Seeing 3-4 android OS phones come out per month makes me question their quality. Plus if i were an android fan, i would be pissed seeing a newer/better phone come out 2 weeks after i just bought my super duper new shiny android.

As it stands the iphone 4 will be THE best smart phone on the market. There is no questioning that.... Every phone comparison available proves this.

I have used every OS available and i prefer the iphone platform. It does everything i want, looks awesome, and works perfectly fine in my area. I owned the 2g, 3g, i currently have a 3gs, and i will purchase the iphone 4. In my opinion smartphones have become a matter of preference. Apple wont win over the droid fanboys and thats fine... they dont need to.

so your going to compare a iphone that was JUST announced beating the current android specs? of course you expect that!!! let android catch up. if the droid extreme is what it is suppose to it will have the iphone beat within a month.

And worrying about android quality? Have you seen the HTC and Motorola quality? they are hands down some of the best in the market. yeah apple only makes one a year and look at how many problems the iphone 3g and 3gs had. And apple always overrated the iphone battery. 7 hour talk time i doubt. The iphone 3gs had horrible battery and HORRIBLE SERVICE, which should be peoples priority not the phone.

im not a droid fanboy at all. i give credit where its due. Blackberry owns the market in emailing etc, android and apple have their perks. Iphone OS is a dumbed down version of what a smartphone is. Thats all, but apple does this well. they simplified smartphones for the masses. However, They dont even have multitasking and will never have true multitasking.

oh and this is coming from someone who has tried every single OS available in the US. And not try as in test for a day or two i mean atleast 3 months. ive had every single iphone so its not like i hate apple.
