I work for abercrombie and fitch at thier DC as a full time job while I work on my degree at OSU, well last night they told us that our department was getting cut, and they only have 3 jobs in other places that would allow us to keep our handling pay which is a dollar, and we have 8 guys getting cut from the department....well tonight I found out that I didn't get the job and I'm losing my handling pay even though I'm senior to everyone else,have experience in that area and asked for a transfer to the other department in october.


One of the guys picked was specificly called the quarterback of the team and the go to guy by our manager and the other is a long time friend of the shift lead in the new department.


So now I'm pretty much ****ed losing $160 a month and also of Another $75 coming out for Insurnace and FSA this year.

Just ranting,really pissed off right now trying to find out if I have any work rights that apply to this situation.

 

that sucks, I hate abercrombie and fitch wack ass over priced clothes. my ex-girl would try and drag me in there, 1 trance/raver song was all I could stand before exiting. end my rant sorry for your loss G/L.
