I hate that! I wake up to little cat paw prints all over the S. It must be like a 5 star hotel to them. The cat is most likely feral though, someone is probably just feeding it near you.

i'm fairly sure there was a thread about this somewhere else, and a solution was to put some kind of material over the top that cats hate

i forget what though...

kill it. gut it. play a game of tennis with the cat's owner using the cats innards for the tennis racket. casually mention it to the owner at the end of the game. even if you lose the tennis game, you still won.

i had this problem before i bought my hardtop, i didn't want to kill the cat because it was my own, but i did come up with a solution, car cover with a thick blanket on the soft top so it he decided to sharpen his claws he wouldn't rip my top, if he did i would have killed him

if all else fails a ruger .22 comes to mind
